Elgiganten Extends with flames
Elgiganten extrends their three-year partnership with Copenhagen Flames until 2021.
The succesful Danish CS:GO team, Copenhagen Flames, who before the new year peaked at 34 on the HLTV world rankings and also stands with a strong and popular Fortnite team, will be dressed in jerseys with the Elgiganten logo until 2021.
CEO of Elgiganten, Peder Stedal, is happy with the extension as the main sponsor of one of Denmark’s most talented esport teams.
“At Elgiganten we strongly believe in esports and the way Copenhagen Flames work; providing some deeply impressing results. Their focus on talent development and club culture aligns well with our own visions.” says Peder Stedal, who also shares that Elgiganten is investing heavily in esports:

Elgiganten and esports go hand in hand, which is why Casper Mortensen, head of gaming events at Elgiganten, is also excited for the extension of the partnership with Copenhagen Flames.

He shares that Elgiganten through a number of years has invested heavily in esports and gaming, among other things by equipping special gaming areas in the stores and by supporting the good forces of the esports community – an investment that now bears fruit.
